Need Parenting Support? We're Here to Help!
The Integrated Family Support Service (IFSS) is here to support families with kids aged 0–18 who are facing parenting challenges. We can help you set goals that work for your family, offer practical advice, and connect you with local services and community networks.
To access IFSS, referrals go through the Strong Families, Safe Kids Advice and Referral Line – but don’t worry, we’re happy to help you with this process. You always have the choice about whether IFSS is the right fit for you.
We work alongside other services to ensure your needs are met and your voice is heard. If there are any concerns about a child’s safety, we work closely with Strong Families, Safe Kids, who can provide extra advice and support.
